Charm opened in the Spring of 2011 and it literally started from the clothes from the owners closet - brand new and gently used designer and casual garments. Elayne had the passion of fashion since junior high, always being the trendy and daring one. Her fashionable pizzazz for top designers incorporated with afforable prices is  her goal. Customers can sign up on our "wish list" and enter items they specifically desire and we will get it for them. The customers that frequent our boutique are loyal and we show that appreciation with gifts, and discounts.
